01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pak22 ("pak22," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pak22.app ("the Platform").

pak22 operates under an international gaming licence and provides online casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and sports betting services — including cricket, PSL, and other sporting events — to eligible players. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content available on the Platform.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall be the governing version in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.

pak22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register an account and use the pak22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pak22 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. No individual under the age of 21 may register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or responsible gaming restriction that would prevent your participation in real-money gaming.
• You have not previously had a pak22 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of pak22, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money features on pak22, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules apply to all pak22 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on pak22. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your current address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak22 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pak22 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak22 support immediately at [email protected].
• KYC verification: pak22 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or payment method verification — at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pak22 may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
• Account currency: All pak22 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You may not change your account currency after registration.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

pak22 supports a range of local Pakistani payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as accessible as possible for players across the country. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Supported channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast / QR Pay, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and OTC Cash. pak22 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit on pak22 is Rs100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the Cashier section of your account.
• Processing times: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically reflect in your PKR wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Withdrawals to mobile wallet channels average 15 minutes. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are processed within one business day, subject to bank processing schedules.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals must be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial abuse.
• Verification before withdrawal: pak22 reserves the right to request full KYC verification — including CNIC and payment method verification — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed identity verification.
• No third-party payments: You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made on your behalf by another person — are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.
• Transaction fees: pak22 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own processing fees, for which pak22 accepts no responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pak22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods are stated per promotion.
• Game contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Sports betting contributions vary. Full contribution tables are published in the promotions section.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through new accounts or altered details constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse: pak22 takes a zero-tolerance stance on bonus abuse. Where evidence of abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine play — is detected, pak22 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless stated otherwise, winnings generated solely from bonus funds (without any accompanying real-money wager on the same round) may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. The applicable cap is stated per promotion.

06 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the pak22 Platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and sports betting:

• RNG certification: All non-live casino games on pak22 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• Bet acceptance: pak22 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion. This includes bets that appear to be placed in error, at odds that were published incorrectly, or in circumstances where technical or human error has affected pricing.
• Technical failures: In the event of a game or system malfunction that interrupts a round in progress, pak22 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the game state where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, stakes will be refunded. pak22 is not liable for connectivity losses on the player's side.
• Sports betting settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority. In-play bets are settled on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted, not at the time of placement request. For cricket, the official scorecards from the relevant cricket board are used.
• Maximum winnings: pak22 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits per single bet, per game session, or per day. Where applicable, maximum win limits are displayed within the relevant game or market.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak22 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on pak22, whether directly or through an associate.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with pak22 games, sports markets, or the Platform interface in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Using any form of card counting, shuffle tracking, or other advantage play techniques in live dealer card games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered bug must be reported to pak22 support and will be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the Platform.
• Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after participating in gaming activity funded by those deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pak22 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful through any communication feature on the Platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

pak22 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must be treated as such. The following responsible gaming provisions are part of these Terms and are enforceable:

• 21+ age policy: pak22 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all real-money gambling activity. This is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.
• Self-service tools: All pak22 players have access to the following responsible gaming controls via their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time. During a cooling-off period, the player's account is suspended for real-money activity.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude from pak22 permanently may do so via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register under any other identity.
• Platform-imposed restrictions: pak22 reserves the right to impose deposit limits, loss limits, or account suspension on any player whose betting patterns suggest problem gambling behaviour, without prior notice.
• No credit gambling: pak22 does not extend credit to players. You may only wager funds that are available in your verified PKR wallet balance.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak22 Platform — including but not limited to the pak22 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pak22 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pak22 software.
• Use pak22 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any portion of the pak22 website for any commercial purpose.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak22's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the net amount deposited by you into your pak22 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if pak22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pak22 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. pak22 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where operationally possible.

pak22 accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures on your side.
• Delays, errors, or failures in payment processing by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Acts of God, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond pak22's reasonable control.

11 Privacy & Data

pak22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak22 uses your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and transaction records.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention.
• Customer support communications.
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and anti-money laundering compliance.
• Communicating promotional offers where you have opted in to marketing communications.

pak22 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licence conditions. For full details, please review the Privacy Policy.

12 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Termination by the Player: You may close your pak22 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, provided no KYC or responsible gaming holds are in place. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
• Termination by pak22: pak22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) pak22 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) you fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to pak22 or other players.
• Effect of termination: Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or pak22 — your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, dispute resolution, and intellectual property clauses) will continue to apply.

13 Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your pak22 account or gaming experience, you must follow the dispute resolution process outlined below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant transaction or event, and the outcome you are seeking. pak22 support will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: pak22 will conduct an internal review of your complaint and issue a written decision within 14 business days of receiving full supporting information. Complex cases may take longer, in which case you will be notified of the extended timeline.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under pak22's operating licence. Details of the applicable body are available on request from support.

No legal proceedings may be commenced against pak22 in connection with a dispute until the internal review process has been exhausted.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pak22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pak22 will provide notice by: (a) displaying a notice on the Platform at login; and/or (b) sending an email notification to your registered email address.

Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak22 holds its operating licence. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through pak22's internal dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause limits pak22's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
